| Term and condition for franchise |

Dear Friends
 |
We are happy to announce that my recharge is proposed to introduce new channel
partners system (Franchises) all over the India to meet the demand of the services
at all levels. If anyone who is interested to be part of this opportunity, can apply to us
on admin@myrecharge.co.in |

The commission of the services will be paid in terms of the PINs only, not by any other
mode of payment. This rule is applicable to all Franchises / channel partners all over
India.
A minimum Security Amount of 5000/- is necessary in Franchise account. |
|
In a particular period if a franchise not fulfill target in that position no. any commission
will be provided by company but franchise will be reaming as channel partner. In next
month they can do business smoothly without any problem. |
|
For a particular region or area company will appoint only 1 franchise. |
|
Franchise is not allowed to sale a pin under rate (price of 1800/-) If any franchise found
guilty, will be terminated without any prior notice. |
|
Franchises are not transferable or sharable. |
|
My Recharge reserves the right to change this Terms and Conditions document. |
|
Franchise will be informed by email; however it is also your responsibility to check this
document periodically for any changes. |
|
My Recharge reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without
notice to Franchise in condition of violating rules by channel partners. We shall not be
liable to you or any third party should we exercise our right to modify or discontinue the
Service. |
|
All notices given by us to Franchise will be given by email, postal mail or by general
posting on the Web site. |
|
|
|
|
TERMS AND CONDITIONS and the relationship between Franchise and My Recharge
pvt. Ltd. shall be governed by the laws of the State of Rajasthan without regard to its
conflict of law provisions. Franchises and My recharge agree to submit to the personal
and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Jaipur - Rajasthan. |

This Agreement constitutes a complete and exclusive understanding between Franchise
and My recharge relating to the subject matter. |
|
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not
constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to by us in writing. |
|
Any franchise found working against interest of the company OR found damaging
the business of the company, will be terminated without prior notice. In this case the
company decision is full & final. |
|
If any part of these Terms is unenforceable (including any provision by which My
Recharge excludes its liability to the Franchise), the enforceability of any other part of
these Terms will not be affected. |
|
